Who wrote the following:
If i won 20 dollars I would invest it in something or other and try to make more than 2 hundred dollars and use that to invent a machine that will turn time back so that I can enter this contest.

As it turns out, her entry on October 16th is around October 8th (Scientific AmeriKen Birthday), assuming the construction of the time machine and manipulation of the past is successful! Good luck Ruthie!
