Answer Given: Don't have much time cause I have Calculus homework to
do, but, i'll just list some scenes that have humor, and you
could break them down as you want.... First off, Twain has the
scene with Jim and his fortune telling hairball, lots o laughs
there. Allright, other funny scenes include when Huck tricks the
slave catchers into thinking that his father has small pox, When
Jim and He, talk about king soloman and stuff and frenchmen and
stuff. Also, you have where the duke and the dauphin trick people
into seeing their play by writing "ladies and children not
admitted" or something like that. ummm what else....couple
bits of irony are when the preacher is talking about the
brotherly love and stuff, talking to the shepardsons and
grangerfords, and they are bringing rifles to that sermon, also
with the whole fued thang, is when buck, is explaining fueds to
huck. Back to irony, bitter Irony would be in the very end when
tom and Huck make an elaborate plan for Jim's escape, even though
Jim was already free, and has been for two weeks before the plan.
Another little thing that comes to mind, I think I mentioned it
in my page, but when The jugde and I think ms. watson believe
that they have reformed pap, and they like give him a new coat so
he can get a better job or whatnot, and he ends up selling it for
alcohol. Oh well, hope that helps....back to math....
